SH*FT OS PERSONAL USE AGREEMENT (NON-LICENSED)

SH*FT OPERATING SYSTEM

PERSONAL USE & NON-COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT

Provider: SH*FT OS (“Databasefund Inc. Company”)
User: [Purchaser Name]

1. PURPOSE

This Agreement governs access to and use of the SHFT Operating System (“SHFT OS”) under the following non-licensed tiers:

• INSTANT      SH*FT
• GROWTH      SH*FT
• SCALE      SH*FT

These tiers are designed for:

personal use and internal business development only

This Agreement does not grant any commercial licensing or resale rights.

2. ACCESS GRANT

Upon purchase, the User is granted a:

limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and internal use only

to:

• Access      SH*FT OS materials
• Implement      the system within their own business or personal projects
• Use      provided templates, frameworks, and tools for internal execution

3. PERMITTED USE

The User may:

• Apply      SH*FT OS to build or improve their own business
• Use      frameworks for internal strategy and implementation
• Create      offers, content, or services based on their own work

4. PROHIBITED USE (CRITICAL)

The User may NOT:

• Resell,      sublicense, or distribute SH*FT OS materials
• Use      SH*FT OS to provide services to clients as a system offering
• Package,      rebrand, or present SH*FT OS as their own framework
• Teach,      license, or replicate SH*FT OS for commercial use
• Use      SH*FT OS in any client-facing or revenue-generating service based on the      system itself

5. NO COMMERCIAL LICENSE

This Agreement does not grant:

• resale      rights
• client      implementation rights
• licensing      rights
• commercial      usage of SH*FT OS as a system

To access those rights, the User must purchase a licensed tier:

• INSTANT+
• GROWTH+
• SCALE+

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All SH*FT OS materials, including:

• frameworks
• systems
• templates
• methodologies
• naming      conventions

are the exclusive intellectual property of SH*FT OS.

The User is granted:

access for use — not ownership of the system

7. BRAND RESTRICTIONS

The User may NOT:

• use      the SH*FT name, branding, or system as part of their own offers
• claim      affiliation, certification, or authorization
• present      themselves as a SH*FT provider or operator

8. NO REVENUE RIGHTS FROM SYSTEM USE

While the User may generate revenue from their own business activities, they may not:

monetize the SH*FT OS itself or any derivative system based on it

9. UPGRADE PATH

Users who wish to:

• implement      SH*FT OS for clients
• build      services based on the system
• resell      or monetize system-based offerings

must upgrade to a licensed tier.

10. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect unless:

• the      User violates any terms
• unauthorized      use is detected

Upon termination:

• access      may be revoked
• all      usage rights cease

11. DISCLAIMER

SH*FT OS provides frameworks and systems for business development.

The Company does not guarantee:

• financial      results
• revenue      outcomes
• business      success

All outcomes depend on execution.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SH*FT OS shall not be liable for:

• indirect      damages
• loss      of income or opportunity
• outcomes      from use of the system

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of:

14. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing any non-licensed SH*FT OS tier (INSTANT, GROWTH, SCALE), the User agrees to this Agreement.
